- Translate business needs into HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support each unit’s success.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying talent needs to onboarding candidates who fit both our culture and competencies.
- Oversee talent management initiatives, including identifying high-potential employees, succession planning, and developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Support Learning & Development programs by assessing training needs, preparing training plans, and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Facilitate performance management, guiding leaders and employees to apply evaluation processes consistently and effectively.
- Maintain strong communication with leaders and employees, fostering engagement and positioning HR as a trusted strategic partner in decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in Human Capital functions such as recruitment, training, or facilitation.
- Strong communication skills, including interviewing and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to assess candidate fit based on organizational needs.
- Familiarity with technology and recruitment tools.
- Effective time management to meet talent acquisition deadlines.
- Creativity and innovation in designing and executing the hiring process.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build strong professional relationships.
