We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Officer to join our company. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving business growth.
As a Business Development Officer, you will focus on negotiating and closing deals to meet sales targets. Beyond the initial sale, you will play a crucial role in sustaining and growing relationships with our existing clients to ensure long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and prospects to close sales.
- Build positive, long-term relationships with clients.
- Draft tailored contracts and proposals for potential clients.
- Conduct engaging product presentations to clients.
- Work with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

One year of experience in Sales.

A high aptitude for learning and professional growth.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.

Proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals.

Skilled in using business application software (MS Office, Google Suite).

Ability to plan and manage your own workload independently.

Willing to work onsite at least 3x/ week
