- Melakukan perencanaan, eksekusi dan monitoring project yang disubmit oleh Sales Operation sesuai dengan pendekatan Project Management (PMBOK approach) Time-Scope-Budget dengan Methodology Scrum maupun Waterfall.
- Menjaga Timeline, Scope, Budget dan kualitas delivery project sesuai dengan business value.
- Menjaga utilisasi resource secara efisien.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: S1 (IT related background preferable) / S2 (IT Management = 3.00
- Experience: 2 Years as Project Manager (preferable for Project related Software Development
- Technical Skill & Competencies: PMBOK Knowledge, SCRUM (PSM), Project Management, Ms. Office, Ms. Project Tools for planning & monitoring, JIRA, Jira Eazy BI, Jira Bug Picture.
- Soft Skill: Strong Analysis & Judgement, Drive (Process & Result Oriented), Persistent, Good Teamwork, Good Communication & Presentation skill, Problem Solving.
