Job Description
- Source talents via different recruitment tools and social media channels, scouting for best-in-class talents and matching them to client employment opportunities
- Conducts initial phone screening of candidates
- Scheduling of qualified candidates for walk in
- Update and maintaining internal applicant tracking systems
- Manage Job Adder and LinkedIn
- Respond to Candidates’ queries/questions about the job postings
- Provide excellent client and candidate experience at all times
- Take part in company marketing/business development/branding/social media efforts
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any course
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient with social media platforms
- Experience in recruiting
- Preferably an expert in utilizing Recruiter Lite or Linked In Recruiter
- Above average English Comm Skills
