Job Description

Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications

Work closely with the data science team to troubleshoot data pipeline issues and provide Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for incidents.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and functionality, and participate in design and requirement reviews.

Perform thorough regression testing to ensure the stability of new features and enhancements across different environments.

Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate bug-tracking tools, and work closely with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Participate in release readiness assessments to ensure product readiness for deployment to production environments.

Provide clear and concise feedback to the development team on product quality and areas for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

Education – Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Related Work Experience – Familiar with SQL, Python, PySpark, Pandas, Docker, and Kubernetes. Proven experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is highly desirable
Knowledge –Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
Test Cases Creation and Analysis, Test Desig
Manual Testing (black box, white box, etc.)
Defect Reporting and Monitoring
Creating QA deliverable such as TCCS, updating RT
Automated Testing is a plus.
