- Collaborates with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Executes all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualizes original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Collaborates with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Provides user experience and design guidance to 3rd-party design teams. Work with 3rd-party design teams and assesses 3rd-party designed interfaces
- Executes all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualizes original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Creates wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Presents and defends designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Plans and conducts user research, user testing, and evaluates user feedback.
- Ensures that approved prototypes are followed by implementing fidelity checks during and/or after development.
- Promotes design usability guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Mentors junior team members regarding UI/UX design.
- Other job-related activities may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
Qaulifications:
- UI Design (Figma)
- Email template design (comms and surveys)
- UI Testing (UAT and bug reporting)
- Art card creation (onboarding tutorial graphics for digital touchpoints)
- Short how-to videos (onboarding tutorial motion graphics for digital touchpoints)
