Roles and Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Hotel Manager
  • Welcome guests at the hotel
  • Assign a room to walk-in guest and submit the walk-in form for ZEN Rooms use
  • Receive cash payments from guests and keep it at the Front Desk area
  • Compile the daily sales report and submit it to the Hotel Manager for approval
  • Stay in touch through phone calls with ZEN Rooms customer service for urgent needs

Minimum Qualifications

What profile are we looking for?

Academic and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any course (preferably hospitality/tourism or related)
  • Experience in a customer service role is highly desired

Mindset and Attitude

  • Passion for managing various types of people
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
  • Willing to work in a flexible schedule

Skill Sets

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and Filipino
