Cost Staff Engineer  

The Planning and Cost Engineer is responsible for preparing reliable & accurate cost estimates for projects on different development stages; involvement to the development and maintenance of data on costing database; prepares applicable schedule of activities in relation to prepared cost; develop, analyze and update construction methodologies applicable to projects.

• Facilitate in planning activities through all phases of the project.
• Prepares work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of project.
• Review records of field conditions including topography, accessibility, availability of materials and utility services and difficulties which will affect the development and construction costs.
• Ensures that work under their control is carried out safely and without risks to health.
• Reviews and monitors planned schedule against actual work progress. Develops action plan with contractor’s management team to address slippage in schedule and report/update status to Project Management Team.
• Evaluation regarding final clean-up prior to hand-over of the project.
• Complies with company policies and procedures, safety rules and practices.

• Professional: At least one (2) years of related experience
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Must be a Licensed Engineer
