- Manage and maintain SQL Server databases to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Perform database installation, configuration, backup, recovery, and patching.
- Monitor database performance and optimize queries, indexes, and stored procedures.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in collaboration with developers and support teams.
- Support deployment of application releases by preparing and maintaining database environments.
- Develop and maintain documentation for database processes, standards, and configurations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator.
- Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server (backup/recovery, performance tuning).
- Knowledge of database security, HA/DR, and query optimization.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Have DBA certification from SQL Server/Azure SQL is a plus.
- Have programming experience is a plus.
