Cast LMS (Buri Technologies, Inc.) is an e-learning development startup that focuses on helping companies transition into e-learning using our content creation service and proprietary learning management system.
Our team is one of the few development houses in the country that have won educational technology awards abroad. We are looking for individuals who seek challenges and aspire to change the Philippine e-learning landscape by helping organizations build their training materials for the future and build software products that can help educators all over the country. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to support client success by managing project deliverables, facilitating team-client communications, and continuously improving our service and support workflows.
We are a completely remote company but we have an office in Quezon City.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage:
- Client support queries and project requirements
- Tasks, project deliverables, and communications between our team and the clients that we have
- Other tasks related to managing the client’s requirements
2. Create:
- Support documentation and presentations that will help improve the client’s experience
- Project plans and required documentation for the client
- Articles on our support page
3. Develop:
- Improved methods of implementing and executing project tasks
- Insights and improvements for the company’s core product: Cast.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, Communication Studies, or related field (and/or 3+ years of equivalent experience).
Knowledge:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of the learning management systems and client support.
