- Scout and identify top talent using recruitment platforms.
- Conduct Competency-Based Interviews and review psychological test results to evaluate candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruitment goals.
- Extend offers to successful candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fresh Gradute with Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
- Proven internship experience in talent acquisition or recruitment area.
- Familiarity in basic Competency-Based Interview technique.
- Familiarity in Psychological testing tools and basic interpretation.
