Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Prepare and manage RFQs, proposals, and business negotiations from start to close.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer segments, and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Benchmark industry best practices to recommend improvements in profitability and service delivery.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor and report key business metrics — including revenue, profitability, and market share — and communicate insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, such as newsletters, trade shows, webinars, and social media campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales development or business development, preferably in the [insert relevant industry, e.g., technology/consulting/etc.].
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Solid understanding of performance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
