- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Prepare and manage RFQs, proposals, and business negotiations from start to close.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer segments, and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Benchmark industry best practices to recommend improvements in profitability and service delivery.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor and report key business metrics — including revenue, profitability, and market share — and communicate insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, such as newsletters, trade shows, webinars, and social media campaigns.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated success in delivering client-focused solutions.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
