Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting teams, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly? We're currently looking for a Regional Staff (Temporary) to join our Representative Office in Aceh and support our team in administrative, operational, and stakeholder-facing activities.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting office operations, coordinating events, maintaining accurate administrative records, and providing excellent service to the public regarding capital market information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update data and information at the IDX Representative Office to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Support administrative, financial, and operational activities at the Representative Office.
- Manage the Representative Office's social media platforms and create simple digital content.
- Provide information and services to the public regarding the capital market.
- Support the planning and execution of events and outreach activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
What You’ll Deliver:
Education
Diploma Degree (D3) in any major, preferably Administration.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in administrative, operational support, or event coordination.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skilled in managing social media platforms and creating simple content (Instagram, Facebook, Canva, etc.).
- Basic understanding of office administration and operational processes.
- Knowledge of capital market operations is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent service mindset.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptable and willing to learn in a dynamic work environment.
General Requirements:
- Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
