Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting teams, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly? We're currently looking for a Regional Staff (Temporary) to join our Representative Office in Aceh and support our team in administrative, operational, and stakeholder-facing activities.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting office operations, coordinating events, maintaining accurate administrative records, and providing excellent service to the public regarding capital market information.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update data and information at the IDX Representative Office to ensure accuracy and availability.
  2. Support administrative, financial, and operational activities at the Representative Office.
  3. Manage the Representative Office's social media platforms and create simple digital content.
  4. Provide information and services to the public regarding the capital market.
  5. Support the planning and execution of events and outreach activities.

Kualifikasi Minimum

What You’ll Deliver:
Education
Diploma Degree (D3) in any major, preferably Administration.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in administrative, operational support, or event coordination.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Skilled in managing social media platforms and creating simple content (Instagram, Facebook, Canva, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of office administration and operational processes.
  • Knowledge of capital market operations is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent service mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn in a dynamic work environment.

General Requirements:

  • Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
