HR Supervisor  

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Supervisor to join our team. This role covers a broad range of human resources functions and plays a key part in fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include the following and other aspects of work:
• Source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates to support company growth
• Accurately process employee timekeeping records to ensure timely payroll preparation
• Compute and file monthly government contributions for all employees in a timely and compliant manner
• Assess training needs, develop relevant materials, and conduct training sessions across departments
• Implement company policies and ensure organization-wide compliance and understanding
• Monitor employee performance and provide proactive support for professional development
• Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide general administrative support and prepare monthly summary reports for executive review

Candidate must be:
• proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
• knowledgeable in basic accounting principles
• an analytical thinker, planner, and a good problem-solver
• organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable under pressure
