Product (UX) Researcher  

Jobs Description:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.
• Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive products.
• Create user personas, customer journeys, and product insights to support product teams.
• Organize and conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests with target users.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations for product development.
• Support product managers in gathering feedback and insights from the users.
• Manage internal tools and dashboards that support product marketing performance.

Requirement :

• Minimum of 1+ years proven as an UX researcher or applied product research experience
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Product Design, Mathematics, or any other related
• Experience in doing research using multiple methods, from qualitative and quantitative research
• Experience in running research independently, starting from planning until delivering insights
• Proficient in using research tools (e.g., Google Forms, Typeform, Maze, Surveymonkey, or similar)
• Understand research best practices and have the ability to conduct unbiased research
• Agile to work in both individual or working in a team
• Good in communication and good presentation skills
• A portfolio demonstrating past works UX
