Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan, produce, and edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) from ideation to publishing, ensuring high engagement and virality.
- Write compelling scripts, captions, headlines, and hooks that capture audience attention within the first few seconds.
- Use data-driven insights to analyze content performance & continuously optimize future content strategies.
- Edit videos using mobile apps like CapCut, Canva, or similar tools while ensuring high visual appeal.
- Design simple but effective graphics using Canva or equivalent tools to support video content.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera as a talent when needed to enhance engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and adapt strategies to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media, media, agency, or creative industries.
- Proven experience in creating high-performing short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) with strong engagement.
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills – able to craft compelling captions, scripts, headlines, and hooks.
- Strong visual sense and basic graphic design skills (Canva or equivalent tools).
- Proficiency in video editing using mobile apps like CapCut, Canva, or similar.
- Understanding of social media trends and algorithms, with the ability to optimize content for virality.
- Comfortable appearing on camera if required for content engagement.
- Strong analytical mindset – ability to track, analyze, and improve content performance using social media insights.
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to work weekends or outside regular hours if needed (with prior arrangement
