- Build and manage strategic dashboards (sales, traffic, category, content performance).
- Lead monthly and quarterly insights presentations for Busdev, Retail, Publishing, and Marketing.
- Turn raw data into narratives that influence strategy and campaign decisions.
- Forecast growth opportunities (categories, formats, store concepts).
- Identify behavioral patterns (e.g. Gramedia Jalma visitors, P&P readers, book discovery patterns, etc.).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2–3 years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
- Strong ability to analyse performance data and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Google Sheets, SQL, BI tools such as Data Studio, Tableau, etc.).
- Comfortable working with marketing, retail, and content performance data (sales, traffic, campaign metrics).
- Analytical thinker with clear communication skills.
