- Perform regular maintenance on network devices across Data Center (DC), Disaster Recovery Center (DRC), and branch offices.
- Monitor bandwidth utilization and analyze the effectiveness and cost efficiency of network usage in DC, DRC, and branches.
- Propose operational guidelines and procedures for IT network operations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of network hardware lifecycle (End of Support – EOS and End of Life – EOL), as well as rules and policies applied on network devices.
- Plan and oversee the lifecycle of network hardware (EOS/EOL), ensuring timely upgrades and compliance with operational policies.
- Troubleshoot technical network issues and escalate to the IT Network Assistant Manager as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Having CCNA, CCNP or relevant certifications
- Proficient in Switch configuration (VLAN).
- Skilled in Router configuration (Routing).
- Strong understanding of Access Control Lists (ACL).
- Familiar with at least one Network Monitoring Tool.
- Able to conduct network troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark.
- Knowledge of WiFi infrastructure (Access Point, SSID) and WiFi security best practices.
- Familiar with network cabling best practices.
- Understanding of VoIP technology and its practical implementation.
