- Develop and maintain detailed IT project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and milestones
- Coordinate with technical teams (e.g., developers, Quality Assurance, infrastructure, cybersecurity)
- Manage project scope and handle change requests effectively
- Track and monitor project progress using tools like Blue, Jira or Trello
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Ensure project deliverables meet technical standards and stakeholder expectations
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate proactively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Implement appropriate project management methodologies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree from Computer Science or Information Technology, master degree is a plus
- 3 - 4 years working experience in related fields such as banking, consulting, or related IT industry as a Project Manager
- Deep understanding of how the financial service industry and fintech companies work
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Pmp, Prince2 or similar certification is a plus
- Willing to Work From Office
