Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The role involves maintaining the ongoing provision and regeneration processes within Fifgroup by overseeing regular mapping of employee potency and performance, establishing and managing committees, as well as strategically steering talent development initiatives for the organization's sustained growth and human capital enhancement.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Minimum GPA 3.50
- Work experience: Max. 2 years
- Male
- Max 27 years old
- Have a good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Planning, drive, analytical thinking, and strong analyze data
- Proficiency in operating windows operating system and microsoft office
