Digital Sales Trainee  

1. Sales Support & Lead Generation

• Assist in researching and identifying potential enterprise clients through online tools, databases, and industry events.
• Help qualify inbound leads and support outreach efforts through email campaigns and LinkedIn.
  

2. Proposal Development & Deal Support

• Contribute to the development of customized proposals and presentations that align with client goals and challenges.
• Support documentation and coordination during negotiations and contracting phases.
  

3. Client Engagement & Relationship Building

• Join client meetings to observe discovery sessions and understand client needs.
• Assist in preparing meeting briefs, follow-up notes, and client communication.
  

4. Event Coordination

• Help coordinate webinars, seminars, and roundtable events in collaboration with marketing and client teams.
• Support logistics, content preparation, and post-event analysis to measure impact and engagement.
  

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with internal teams to gather case studies, product updates, and market insights for sales materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for sales campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
  

6. CRM & Reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate updates in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  
• Support preparation of weekly pipeline reports and performance dashboards.

Requirements:

• A final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong communicator in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with an interest in sales.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and willing to learn CRM tools.
