Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and implement both frontend and backend architecture for ERP modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, finance, operations) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing ERP applications, including debugging, troubleshooting, and upgrading.
- Develop APIs and services for data integration across departments and third-party systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity within ERP systems.
- Continuously research and recommend new technologies, tools, or frameworks to enhance ERP capabilities.
- Participate in planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a fullstack developer, with at least 2 years in ERP-focused projects.
- Proficient in backend languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.
- Strong frontend experience with frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL) and data modeling.
- Experience integrating with or customizing ERP platforms (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT).
- Familiar with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
