Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Serving as the first point of contact, coordinate appointments, handling email correspondence & phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining clear and professional communication
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, & reports for the Director
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient cross-functional communication and execution of tasksexplain any information provided during the meeting or day to day activities to foreign Director
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fluent in Korean & English both written and spoken
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable University
- Great communication skill & well-groomed
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including the ability to liaise with different departments.
- Proactive and resourceful, capable of taking initiative and working independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Advanced Ms. Office skills
- Certification in TOPIK will be plus
