- Support POC (Proof of Concept) for new applications as well as application enhancements
- Exercise control over a project, enhancement, or maintenance, overseeing the entire process to ensure implementation in UAT and production aligns with the SDLC standards at Bank Danamon
- Determine requirements for an application
- Coordinate processes with all stakeholders involved in the project, enhancement, or maintenance
- Monitor projects, enhancements, and maintenance activities
- Coordinate SIT and UAT testing for project readiness
- Carry out the documentation process including SAM, TSD, RD DDCL, SIT, UAT, ARF, UAM, and other SDLC documents
- Support implementation and application rollout
- Prepare Change Request Forms
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information Systems/Electrical Engineering, or related IT field
- More than 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in using Jira and Confluence application
- Have experiences in agile project delivery.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Proficient in server operation (both Windows and non-Windows)
- Capable of creating good reports and documentation
- Understanding of troubleshooting server operation (both Windows and non-Windows)
- Background in infrastructure or cyber security
- Providing advice and suggestions regarding IT security policies (Infrastructure, Network, Application)
- Working experience in implementing, researching, and developing good reporting and documentation.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Teamwork player.
