- Develop and manage the overall IT architecture (application, data, integration, infrastructure).
- Create the company’s technology roadmap and establish technical standards.
- Design system integrations across ERP, CRM, Mobile Apps, and Data Warehouse.
- Lead digital product planning and feature development in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Define and manage system and product roadmaps based on business priorities and user feedback.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s or certifications (TOGAF, AWS, CSPO) are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, system design, or enterprise software (ERP, CRM, DWH).
- Proficient in system integration, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), API design, and microservices.
- Familiar with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), Agile/Scrum, and product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
