Finance Manager  

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of the organization. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and providing key insights to support business decision-making.

You will work closely with senior leadership and play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and ensuring strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, including monthly reports, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury operations to ensure financial stability
• Oversee taxation, compliance, and coordination with external auditors
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and best practices
• Monitor financial risks (e.g., FX, interest rates, credit) and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Accounting functions
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support strategic initiatives including pricing, cost optimization, and investment decisions
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• CPA/CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• At least 5+ years of experience in a senior finance or managerial role
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Experience in managing treasury, compliance, and financial systems
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and present financial insights
