- Act as a liaison between project sites, consultants, and potential investors to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and gather updates.
- Support coordination of meetings, site inspections, and follow-ups with external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and delivering project-related information, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Facilitate communication in Mandarin for external meetings, documentation, or discussions when required.
- Maintain professional relationships with external parties and represent the company in project-related engagements.
- Coordinate internally across departments to ensure accurate and timely information flow related to project activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) — mandatory.
- Preferably male, due to frequent travel and field activities.
- Preferably age 40, with maturity and confidence in handling external stakeholders.
- Experience in project coordination, external relations, or site operations is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with consultants and investors.
- Willing to travel regularly to project sites.
- Based in Jakarta
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company effectively.
