3o-BPO was founded in 2013 by Peter Eriksson – he is also a co-founder and former partner of Nelly.com. Nelly.com (founded 2003) is one of the leading fashion sites on the Scandinavian market. We want to help our online clients to be more competitive by outsourcing services such as Customer Support, Content Management and Influencer Marketing. We will do it by our Loyal Humble Performers. The driving force behind our success is our people. We are a diverse, creative and skilled workforce with a Scandinavian management. We believe in the blend between the Scandinavian and the Filipino culture. The majority of our staff have been employed by us for several years which is something quite unique in the Filipino BPO Industry and a proof that we are on the right track.
