- Experience as E2E Cyber Security Expert including multiple security domains including:
- SIEM / SOC (Security Operations Centre)
- Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access management
- Security Assurance: Vulnerability Management, Application Security
- Security Architecture
- Security Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Network Security
- Data Security, End User Computing Security
- E2E Security Review of Business solutions, Projects
- Experience leading security delivery with large team size covering security SMEs of multiple domains.
- Preferred experience in Telecom Security
- Experience of Implementation & BAU security operations
- Experience of End-to-End project management of security solutions in customer environment including Testing Phases (SIT / UAT / NFT), Production deployment / integration etc.
- Excellent presentation skills, customer relationship skills facing customer executive forums (CISO, CIO, BSO, CXOs).
- Ability to identify, suggest & lead new business opportunities in existing customer engagement, lead to conversion of new business growth with delivery excellence.
- Experience assisting with new solutions and RFPs from Information Security viewpoint and suggest controls at the ideation stage itself.
- Should have holistic view of all Security domains across IT, Mobile, Cloud with experience of solution designing, Security managed services and winning business with global customers.
- To lead specific programs and lead the transformation services in security domain.
- Strong understanding of OEM players in Security and working with them to build platform led security services is a must.
- Evaluate, design and recommend administrative and technical cybersecurity controls.
- Evaluate solutions and propose secure architectural design for implementations.
- Oversee the Incident Response of SOC and drive resolutions.
- Oversee the Disaster drills.
- Should be able to demonstrate clear understanding of cybersecurity through verbal and written mediums
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity
- Should have fair understanding of offensive and defensive cybersecurity.
- Should be thorough with anatomy of common attack techniques.
- CISM / CISSP / CISA Preferred
- Preferred Security Architect Cerfications
