Finance and Accounting Manager  

As a Finance and Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the and managing the
financial aspects of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting,
combined with analytical skills and a passion for sustainable energy.
1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage financial models to support strategic
planning and decision-making. Provide insights into key financial metrics and trends to
support business growth.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and ensure alignment with
company goals and objectives. Prepare accurate financial forecasts and track performance
against budgets.
3. Financial Reporting: Generate timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external
stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
4. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to optimize working capital and support
operational needs. Implement effective cash management strategies and forecasting.
5. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Monitor and assess the impact of economic and industry trends on financial performance.
6. Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts
payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Ensure accurate and timely
month-end and year-end closings.
7. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements. Implement and maintain strong internal controls.
8. Financial Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights
and support decision-making. Advise senior management on financial strategy and
opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong understanding of audit and compliance in the Philippine business environment
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting regulations, and financial analysis
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
