HR Generalist | Nasipit, Agusan Del Norte  

• The position assists in building meaningful relationships between Facility Heads and HR Operations Manager in developing initiatives and programs for the site.
• The position is responsible for the Day-to-Day Operational HR transactions and support the HR Operations Manager in strengthening Employer-Employee Relations and implementation of Organizational Culture initiatives and Systems.

Responsibilities

• Executes strategic initiatives and programs to the site
• Forges strong relationships with relevant stakeholders (i.e. DOLE, NLRC, NCMB, etc.) and ensures representation whenever relevant
• Checks completion of all employee documents (pre-employment, engagement requirements) for proper file management
• Facilitates the on-boarding and off-boarding process to ensure a delightful employee experience
• Administers plans and programs (i.e. Learning and Growth) necessary to develop competencies for the facility
• Ensures implementation of Talent Management Program
• Facilitates Culture Activation Programs and Employee Engagement Activities
• Ensures effective implementation and administration of Performance Management Systems
• Ensures effective implementation of Human Resource Management Systems
• Executes the relevant employee engagement program (ie. Team Building, Sports Fest, Family Day etc)

Talent Attraction

• Assists in recruitment process on site
• Facilitates KumusTA Kabisig and benepIsYO programs

Talent Optimization

• Handles the implementation of Performance Management Systems.
• Together with HR Optimization (Strategy), handles and monitors implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP)
• Monitors Training Programs of the Facility
• Coordinates and collaborates with Strategic HR Pillar Team in the consolidation of BU-wide surveys and executes agreed plans

Talent Retention

• Ensures encoding of newly regularized employees and dependents in the medical enrollment tracker
• Ensures submission of 2316 of newly hired employees to Retention
• Collates employee uniform sizes and distributes upon delivery

• Professional: At least 2 year experience in Human Resource Management
• Preferably Bachelor’s/College Degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering or any related course
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
