Job Description
- The ROW Staff is responsible for providing support to the Renewable Energy Project Development and Execution (RE PDE) Team on the different phases of the day-to-day processes in acquiring various permits, documents, lands, and rights of lands.
- For the transmission structures and road right of way by planning, managing, and implementing in order to achieve the objectives of ARI.
- The ROW Staff secures and organizes necessary documents, permits, and other requirements needed in acquiring rights of way over the lands and practicing due diligence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has attended college degree for atleast 2 years or more or its equivalent.
- Has atleast 1 year relevant experience in real estate, energy, or law.
- 2 vacant positions in Olongapo, Zambales.
