Job Description
Job Description:
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Develop trends and projections for the company’s finances.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Manage the operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for the goals to be met.
- Provide strategies that will enhance the process of Finance
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Financial Reporting, General Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Must be CPA.
