Job Description

Adarna House is in need of a Digital Marketing Lead who will spearhead the implementation of our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical and deeply familiar with digital platforms and tools. While content creation is handled by other teams, your role is to ensure that campaigns are efficient, optimized, and backed by solid data and performance insights. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Help plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align marketing materials with best fit for the platform.
  • Manage advertising timelines and media buying budget.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report performance of all campaigns and digital assets against KPIs (ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.).
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends.
  • Set up UTM tracking, conversion events, and A/B tests where needed.

Web & Social Media Maintenance

  • Maintain and regularly audit company website and social media performance.
  • Manage the integration of third-party tools like e-commerce backends, CRM, SEO plugins, and pixel integrations for campaigns tracking.
  • Set up and automate customer support channels.
  • Supervise or assist in community engagement on digital platforms.

Influencer Management

  • Identify and manage relationships with content creators.
  • Oversee influencer deliverables and help make data-driven decisions regarding their role in digital campaigns.
  • Further develop our TikTok Affiliate program.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a sense of country and commitment to advocating reading and literacy improvement
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in paid media.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of website CMS (Shopify) and basic SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data dashboards and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills such as data visualization and explaining technical jargon.
  • Experience managing influencers or digital partnerships is a plus.

  • Improve digital campaigns to hit ROAS and sales targets month-on-month.
  • Contribute and execute on ideas that will expand the Marketing Group’s digital marketing toolkit.
  • Ensure all digital platforms and online communities remain active and engaged.
