Telemarketing  

Placement : WFH/WFA/Remote

Main Job :

• Contact the customers as a pre-sales
• Confirming customer's data
• Sharing the rules and tools that the customer need to prepare before joining the Trial Class/Demo Class
• Promoting Algorithmics courses to increase customer interest in Algorithmics courses
• Inviting the customers to join Trial Class/Demo Class
• Setting up the meeting or Trial Class schedule between customer and TCM/Main Sales
• Helping the customer to reschedule the Trial Class/Demo Class when there's an issue

Working Days :

• 5 days/week (Saturday and Sunday is a must with 3 days on Weekdays, Supervisor will decide the on duty days)
• Must be able to work on Weekends (Fully)

Working Hours :

• 8 hours/day (7 hours of work and 1 hour of break time)
• 10 AM - 7 PM in Western Indonesia Time

Experiences :

• Have experience as a pre-sales and call center
• Have experience in promoting a product
• Have ability to using Google Products such as Google Docs, Google Spreadsheet, and Google Form
• Have a knowledge to use CRM system is a plus

Qualifications :

• Have personal laptop/PC/Computer
• Have microphone and camera of laptop or external in good conditions
• Have good internet connection
• Have a good skills to convincing, negotiation, work with client’s doubt and objection, etc
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
