Job Description

The Executive & Business Support Analyst provides comprehensive analytical and administrative support to the Management and Business Development teams. This role combines data-driven business analysis, market and competitive research, and executive-level coordination to enhance strategic decision-making and operational effectiveness.

Executive & Strategic Support

  • Manage executive scheduling, meetings, minutes, and follow-up action items to ensure smooth leadership operations.
  • Coordinate travel plans, reservations, and administrative logistics for executives and management activities.
  • Support executive-level projects, strategic documentation, and preparation of presentations, proposals, and communication materials.

Business & Market Analysis

  • Conduct business, market, and competitor research to support executive and BD strategic decisions.
  • Prepare clear insights, performance summaries, and strategic dashboards for management review.
  • Develop data-driven case studies and supporting materials for BD and client engagements.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports for internal and executive review.
  • Maintain CRM databases, performance dashboards, and internal reporting tools to ensure accurate and timely data visibility.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Handle legal documentation, vendor registration, and client paperwork required for BD operations.
  • Provide administrative support for client registrations, confirmations, and related documents.
  • Perform additional tasks and special projects assigned by management to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Graduated from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.5.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and business tools: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Canva, Looker Studio.
  • Strong capability in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Gamma, etc.) is a significant advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related roles is preferred.
