We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Artificial Intelligence Trainee who wants to fast-track their full-time career at the intersection of technical AI engineering, corporate education, and product advocacy. Working closely with our sister company, Supertype, you will undergo intensive upskilling to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and real-world enterprise applications. If you possess a strong technical foundation, a natural passion for sharing knowledge, and the drive to command a classroom, this full-time trainee program is built for you.

Your Focus Areas

  • Co-Deliver High-Impact Training: Learn the art of technical pedagogy. You will start by supporting senior instructors, eventually stepping up to co-deliver and lead interactive workshops for our corporate clients and technical communities.
  • Develop Practical Learning Materials: Collaborate with our engineering team to design, test, and refine world-class learning resources, hands-on coding notebooks, and real-world AI case studies.
  • Master Proprietary AI Products: Deep-dive into Supertype's advanced product offerings (such as the Sectors Financial AI Suite). You will learn how to confidently demonstrate these tools and advocate for them during technical discovery calls.
  • Learn Consultative Problem Solving: Work alongside our business development team to observe how enterprise clients articulate their business bottlenecks, learning to connect those challenges to tailored AI educational solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Solid Programming Foundations: Strong baseline knowledge of Python and SQL. While you don't need to be an expert yet, you must have a basic practical understanding of modern AI concepts (like LLMs, RAG, or generative AI) and a hunger to master them.
  • Natural Teaching Instinct: Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for teaching. You should be someone who enjoys breaking down complex mathematical or technical concepts so they are easy for others to understand.
  • Polished & Energetic Presenter: Confident public speaking abilities. Whether presenting to a small classroom or a virtual webinar, you can keep an audience engaged and energized.
  • Highly Coachable & Curious: A rapid learner who thrives on feedback. You are excited to absorb product knowledge and stay ahead of fast-moving AI industry trends.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fully fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, enabling you to deliver training and collaborate with multinational client stakeholders.
