Tracker is primarily responsible in ensuring the timely endorsement of titling dockets for the release of main deliverables, (i.e., Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR), Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)/Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT), Stock Certificate, and Tax Declaration (TD) under Buyer’s name, etc.) while maintaining good working relationship with government contact persons. It is also his/her duty to provide reports, as needed, and participate in all process and system advancements relative to his/her task.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Administration of the following deliverables to the corresponding Local Government Units (LGUs):
- Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) – Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR);
- Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)/Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT) – Register of Deeds; and
- Tax Declaration under Buyer’s Name – Assessor’s Office: City/Municipal Treasurer’s Office
2. Endorsement of titling dockets to and regular coordination with Accredited LGU Contractors
- Regular visits to LGUs concerned;
- Regular alignment meetings with Accredited LGU Contractors and Account Officer (AO) Teams;
- Review of Accredited LGU Contractors’ Report
3. Establishment and maintenance of good working relationship with Accredited LGU Contractors and LGU officials
4. Handling of inquiries, requests, and issues concerning assigned tasks
5. Management of financial transactions, such as but not limited to cash advances (CA) and reimbursements for transportation, representation, and miscellaneous expenses, and CA liquidations
6. Participation in any process improvements and system enhancements/developments concerning the core responsibilities of the team
7. Preparation of reports, analyses and recommendations to the Department Head, Management, Brand, and other Units, as needed
8. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior and the Management, in general, which are necessary for the accomplishment of the core work and other project deliverables
Minimum Qualifications

College Graduate of at least 4-year course (preferably Business Related)

Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Service-oriented and has the willingness to learn

Must be willing to report to the assigned office location as necessary (having the personal means of transportation is highly preferred)

Amenable to be assigned in Davao or Cebu
