Internal Audit (Staff - Junior Manager)  

Staff:

• Actively contributing all internal audit activities
• Prepare audit working paper and ensure complete documentation on audit evidence and related reference
• Collaborate to identify potential red flags and ensure the appropriate control are implemented
• Perform root cause analysis during internal audit assignment to improve business process and provide impactful recommendation
• Support all assignment related to internal audit operation

Junior Manager:

• Prepare and design effective audit program and procedure to executed by the audit team
• Ensure effective audit and risk advisory program to enhance company governance process and ERM
• Produce audit report and ensure audit finding and recommendation are properly adressed the root cause
• Regularly monitor audit action plan to committed recommendation
• Supervise audit team from preliminary to fieldwork process

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Fisheries and other related field
• Experience in similar position or industry 1-5 years will highly considered
• Basic understanding on business process, risk management and financial statement
• Good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, problem solving, detail oriented and highly organized
• Good understanding on capturing & recording important data, especially using Mc. Excel shorcut, formula, filtering, building charts and pivot tables
• Willing to travel out of town
