Junior Creative Strategist  

The Checklist:

Creative Insight – Interpret client briefs to unlock the brand challenge and develop compelling yet executable creative angles

Concept Creation & Development – Brainstorm and refine creative ideas for activations, events, and campaigns

Storytelling – Convey a captivating message through copy, taglines, and scripts that strategically complement concept and design

Collaboration and Alignment – Work closely with the team to dive deeper into the brief and develop insights, concepts, and designs

Presentation – Craft, prepare, and pitch decks, mood boards, and creative proposals that help articulate and present the project strategy and vision.

Asper Creative Marketing Corporation, a BTL agency specializing in events and activations, is looking for a Junior Creative Strategist with relevant experience in marketing and advertising. Turn your big ideas into reality with on-ground executions, brainstorm concepts that deliver an impactful experience, and craft campaigns for activations and events that make a difference.

New to the industry but have relevant experience? We’ve got you covered! Together with the creative team and account managers, you’ll navigate through each project with support and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or creative roles, ideally with exposure to events/activations or branding campaigns. Relevant experience will be considered if a portfolio is presented.
• A clever wordsmith and passionate creative who writes strategically and empathetically
• A team player, proactive and enthusiastic, who is comfortable in a hybrid setup with mostly remote work. Must be self-motivated in an independent environment, yet can activate their social batteries during face-to-face collaborations.
• Knowledge in the following applications: Microsoft Office, Canva, and Trello
• Must be willing to undergo a screening procedure that includes but are not limited to: a written exam, interviews both online and F2F.
