- Design audit strategy and develop annual audit plan.
- Build and manage audit tools/templates.
- Analyze audit data to extract trends and risk areas.
- Lead collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Report findings and improvement recommendations to senior management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar position
- Industry background: preferably F&B with Central Kitchen operations
- Strong understanding of audit techniques and food safety regulations
- Proficient in data analysis and risk-based thinking
- Experienced in audit reporting and using digital audit systems
- Strong strategic and critical thinking capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Coaching and mentoring mindset with proven ability to guide teams
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and structured in problem-solving
- Preferably holds a Food Auditor Certificate
