• Execute and optimize TikTok ad campaigns with daily monitoring of CTR, CVR, and CPA.
• Manage campaign setup, budget pacing, creative rotation, and testing schedules.
• Collaborate with the creative team on UGC production, short-form content testing, and hook experimentation.
• Identify emerging TikTok trends and apply insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Support the Performance Marketing Strategist in cross-channel reporting and insights generation.
Minimum Qualifications
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads or paid social campaigns.
• Strong understanding of creative iteration, UGC, and performance-based optimization.
• Familiarity with MMP tracking (Branch, Appsflyer) and GA4 event validation.
• Highly data-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong execution discipline.
