Job Description
- Manage and process payment reimbursement, cash advance transactions, refunds to customers, and payments to vendors, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Perform timely payments to internal parties and monitor accounts to ensure all payments are up to date.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to validate supporting documents and approval flows.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to AP.
- Provide necessary documents related to Bank & Tax Authority's facilities when required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Email).
- Experience with accounting systems/ERP specially in Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- High sense of ownership, integrity, and responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
