About this Position

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team, responsible for developing impactful visual content in Out-App channels.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the brand is consistently represented through high-quality visuals — whether within the app environment or across external digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and enjoys exploring new tools (including AI) to enhance design efficiency and output quality. You’ll work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver designs that are visually engaging, aligned with brand identity, and meet campaign goals.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Develop and design visual assets for social media, digital ads, and thematic campaigns (e.g., Ramadan, year-end, special promotions).
• Create both static and motion visuals aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Generative AI, Google Gemini) to streamline creative workflow and inspire new ideas.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to produce effective, high-performing creative materials.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and meeting tight timelines.

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design (Desain Komunikasi Visual / DKV) or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design (digital or e-commerce background preferred).
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (basic motion graphics).
• Familiar with or experienced in AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Generative AI, or Google Gemini.
• Solid understanding of layout, composition, typography, and digital design best practices.
• Creative, curious, and proactive — enjoys exploring new design tools and techniques.
• Able to balance speed, quantity, and quality in daily work.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
