- Create and process Surat Kerjasama Promosi (SKP) accurately and within the agreed SLA.
- Monitor daily SKP completion, SLA compliance, accuracy, and maintain high-quality work by ensuring compliance with the SKP validation process and end-to-end document creation.
- Proactively report issues, discrepancies, or blockers related to SKP creation to the Comful Supervisor/Lead and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Support daily operational activities to ensure timely SKP generation for business and promotional execution.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions with the Supervisor/Lead for performance development, SOP refreshers, and process alignment.
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks related to commercial administration when required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience as an Administrative Staff, Commercial Admin, or Supply Chain Admin is an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industries is preferred but not mandatory.
