- Drive ads revenue growth by prospecting, pitching, and developing advertising solutions for brands based on their business and marketing objectives.
- Develop customized advertising packages by understanding brand needs, category priorities, and available ad solutions, including commercial arrangements such as barter when applicable.
- Build revenue forecasts and track commercial performance to support quarterly revenue targets and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze ads performance and brand data to identify key insights, trends, and opportunities, and translate the analysis into clear and compelling presentations for brand partners.
- Present and pitch advertising solutions to brands, clearly communicating the value, expected outcomes, and business impact of Astro's ads offerings.
- Manage and grow relationships with brand partners by understanding their ongoing needs, identifying upselling or repeat spending opportunities, and maintaining revenue contribution for future quarters.
- Collaborate closely with Category Managers, CGM, PDDS, and other internal stakeholders to understand category priorities and develop relevant advertising solutions for brands.
- Monitor the execution and performance of advertising initiatives to ensure agreed deliverables are properly implemented and aligned with the proposed package.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Astro's advertising solutions, staying up to date with available products, performance metrics, and market trends to provide relevant recommendations to brand partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing Solutions, Advertising/Media Sales, Campaign, Key Account Management, Business Development, or similar commercial roles.
- Experience working with brands or external clients, preferably within e-commerce, quick commerce, marketplace, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Good understanding of advertising funnel metrics, such as impressions, reach, traffic, CTR, conversion, ROI/ROAS, and ad spend.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand client objectives and translate them into relevant advertising solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch and communicate with external brand partners.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and numbers, particularly for revenue forecasting, performance analysis, and commercial tracking.
- Experience creating client-facing presentations/decks and translating data into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with FMCG brands or advertising revenue is a plus.
