Role of Purposes:
A travel consultant with ticketing GDS experience that will provide travel advice for overseas customers on flight options. This includes the issuance of tickets, reissue and providing alternative flights if there is a schedule change while ensuring their flight arrangement will be the best option for their cruise schedule. We are looking for an experienced travel consultant with the aptitude for selling and a passion for the travel industry.
Responsibilities:
- Issue & reissue tickets in Sabre
- Provide travel consultation to customers
- Ensure targets are met and all data is accurately processed
- Manages customer inquiries in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Have experience as a corporate travel consultant for at least 1 year
- Ticketing GDS (Sabre) skillset is a must
- Excellent communication in English (written & verbal)
- Willing to work a 24/7 shift (including public holidays)
