Job Description
Your Main Objective
We are looking for Ticketing Staff to support our client’s needs. If you are passionate about the Travel industry with prior experience in GDS systems and fluent communication in English, then this opportunity is for you! You will be placed in our newest office in the Semarang area.
To succeed in this role, you should be skilled in customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literate, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Compute ticket costs and issue and reissue ticket
- Ensures targets are met for each day, completed accurately and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma 3 from any major or Tourism Vocational Education Study Program.
- Preferably having a work experience in Airlines or Travel industries as ticketing staff.
- Preferably have 1-year experience in using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
- Has at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service position
- Fluent in written & spoken English is a must.
- Able to work shifts that include days, nights, and public holidays.
- Willing to be placed in Semarang or Greater Jakarta area
