Job Description
Your Main Responsibilities :
- Create travel itinerary and add relevant pictures
- Quote travel plans to customers and follow up
- Emphasize the itinerary created to be fascinating and engaging to the customer
- Create hotel and land quotations
- Keep productivity benchmark and accuracy as per team’s minimum standard
- Carefully follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks
- Ensure that all work is processed according to the team’s minimum standard
- Report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
Purpose of the Role:
ATI Business Group is looking for Travel Planners to arrange a remarkable travel plan based on the customers' preferences. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the travel industry, have a traveler mindset and fluency in English.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesia (both written & spoken)
- Traveler mindset
- A degree (SMK/D3/D4/S1) in Tourism Management is preferred
- Tour planning experience is preferred
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- GDS experience is preferred
- Experience in travel/airline as ticketing staff
- Copywriting or marketing experiences will be a plus point
- Willing to work on shifting arrangement
- Willing to be place in Central Jakarta or BSD City, Tangerang
