Load Inventory Quality Assurance  

We are looking for a conscientious and analytical candidate to join our Load Inventory Team as a Quality Assurance. In this role, you will be responsible for performing quality checks, analyzing large data reports, and auditing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will also be expected to communicate your findings clearly to stakeholders across the Product and Contracts teams.

To succeed in this role, you must have a sharp eye for detail, be self-motivated, and possess strong analytical and English communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks on load processes and ensure timely reporting of findings.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity, and consistency in QA tasks.
• Analyze large data sets to identify discrepancies, incorrect pricing, duplicate transactions, and procedural violations.
• Clearly document and report issues to relevant stakeholders for follow-up.
• Work closely with the Load Team and other departments to reduce Load Error Write-Offs.
• Communicate insights and recommendations for process improvement.
• Stay updated on internal QA procedures and contribute to continuous process enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a QA, data analysis, or auditing role (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply).
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in working with large data sets and cross-functional teams is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and/or public holidays.
• Willing to relocate between Jakarta and BSD as needed.
